If a Member does not respond to any communication related to the provision of the Service within two (2) working days, such failure will be deemed as the Member's express consent to prepare the Service based on information previously provided by that Member.

www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com reserves the right to respond or not to respond to any query made by Members to www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com in any form. Vintage Antique Retro Collectables however will take all reasonable measures to respond to genuine queries. However Vintage Antique Retro Collectables does not take any responsibility on any time deadlines to respond to any query.

Vintage Antique Retro Collectables will encourage and recommend fair go guidelines to third parties supporting “Members” through this portal. However, www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com does not take any responsibility for any receipt or non-receipt of communication, delayed communication, non-conformance to time deadlines or any kind of shortfall by any third parties accessed through this site. Vintage Antique Retro Collectables limits itself to providing a platform for aspiring “Members” to access any such third parties. However, if the “Member” finds any discrepancies in the manner of operation as mentioned above or any other kind of activity that is of concern by any third parties accessed through this site, the “Member” is encouraged to inform Vintage Antique Retro Collectables immediately by email and/or through the internal messaging system. If any unlawful activities are brought to the notice of Vintage Antique Retro Collectables, all records and internal communication within the Vintage Antique Retro Collectables system will be open to the relevant authorities.

You can elect to discontinue all future correspondence from www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com at any time by setting your account status to 'InActive'.

www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com will not be responsible for any loss of data or advice resulting from the Member selecting to set their accounts to "InActive".

www.VintageAntiqueRetro.com will not take responsibility for any loss of data or information due to network/server, external/internal attacks/hacks, malfunctions or breakdowns whatsoever. The Users of these services should record or print their question answers, resume, messages and other information for the users backup purposes

All users aged below 18 years should use the website including filling up of questionnaire only under the guidance of a Parent or Guardian. In cases where the Candidate or Student is below 18 years, any contact information like Phone1 Nos., Mobile Nos., emails, resident address etc. should be of the Parent or Guardian. The Member's agreement to these Terms and Conditions are taken as an explicit declaration of adhering to the Vintage Antique Retro Collectables requirement of providing contact details and address to be of a Parent or Guardian.

Provision of Advice or Assistance Services

Disputes
